The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults is excited to announce the launch of its new sustaining giving program called The Dedication Circle. The Dedication Circle began as a tradition of the 4K for Cancer program, where the 4K riders would start each day by joining hands – left hand up to give support and right down to get support – and dedicate their day of riding to someone impacted by cancer.

Whether it was a family member or friend who was fighting cancer, a caregiver who needed support, or a loved one who had lost their battle, these dedications allow the riders to connect through their shared experiences and provide inspiration to help them overcome the emotional and physical challenges of the day.

Since UCF acquired the 4K for Cancer program, we have adopted the Dedication Circle tradition across the organization. Our Cancer to 5K and Team Fight programs do Dedication Circles before their races, and our Key to Keys and Mission to Vine Experiences start each day with a Dedication Circle. We have even incorporated Dedication Circles into our bi-weekly Staff Meetings to remind ourselves why we are dedicating our lives to the young adult cancer fight.

We invite you to join our Dedication Circle so that you can help us change the lives of young adults impacted by cancer every day!
